Privacy Policy

WorkSignals collects account information, authentication data, submitted workplace signals, report unlock activity, and basic site usage information needed to operate our independent platform.

Account information

We use Supabase Auth to manage user accounts. Email addresses are used for login, account security, service-related notices, and account-linked activity such as Report Credits and unlocked playbooks.

Submissions & Anonymity Protection

Users may submit company playbook notes, interview questions, hiring routes, workplace context, and similar information. Public-facing reports should not include personal names of non-executive staff, private contact information, or confidential trade secret documents.

Contributors may optionally provide an email address for moderation follow-up or contributor communication. It is never displayed publicly.

Report Activity & Unlocks

WorkSignals tracks whether a signed-in user has unlocked a Company Playbook or marked a note as helpful. This ensures fair digital access, prevents abuse, and maintains community standards.

Payments

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. WorkSignals does not store full credit card numbers.
